Bharat Agro Industries (BAI) is a family-owned enterprise, founded in 1998 and managed by the Maheshwari family.
The company began with a modest operation focused on cleaning and trading Cassia Tora seeds. Over the years, BAI has expanded its capabilities by establishing splitting units and full-scale gum manufacturing facilities. Today, the group manufactures a wide range of hydrocolloids, including:

Each manufacturing facility is equipped with in-house testing laboratories, staffed by trained personnel. The quality management system includes raw material testing, in-process quality control, and final product testing before release, ensuring stringent adherence to product standards.
To support efficient logistics, the family has also established. large warehouses near Mundra Port in Gujarat, India. These strategically located facilities enable quick and timely dispatches via both air and sea shipments.
